Responsible for day-to-day operations on site: including, problem-solving, job estimating, scheduling,

and customer relations. Work together with construction team in developing management plans and

interviewing for new projects. Successfully won last three interviews, one being CMGC and the

other two were design-build.

University of Utah, Carolyn Tanner Irish Humanities Building

  § This was the construction of the new Carolyn Tanner Irish Humanities building on the University of

Utah Campus. The building is four stories tall with a basement to house the mechanical components

of the building. The original design of the building was a three story building; the fourth floor was

added to the design shortly after construction began. No extra time was added to the schedule for the

fourth floor and the project was still completed on time and on budget. Building won the AIA

Building of the year award.

Utah State University, Bingham Entrepreneurship and Energy Research Center

  § 70,000 sqft Design Build Project

  § Project was located in Vernal, Utah. Project required use of aggregate piers to stabilize building.

Because of location the use of video conferencing was implemented and successful. This project

finished three months ahead of schedule and allowed sufficient time for university to prepare for fall

classes, which were held in this building. Building was awarded Research Building of the Year by

the Association of General Contractors.

University of Utah, Honors Housing

  § November 2010- August 2012

  § 161,000 sqft Design Build project.

  § This is the new Honors Housing and Honors College building. The building is five stories tall

consisting of three wings, 309 beds, a café, and is considered to be higher end living for Honors

students. We made an early commitment to have the building complete for fall semester and through

an abnormally wet winter and spring we were able to finish on time, occupy the building and move

all students in.
